Concept for the Renovation

■Basic Policy
(1)	Paving Work of Street
・	Only the roadway is paved
・	Using "semi-flexible pavement using recycled aggregate" as pavement material. [We use crushed currently used pavement-panel, which was cut random and paved flat, made of granite as aggregate. And it mixes up with other paving material. *Refer to next page. The material's surface gives the joint switching off design.]
・	In the center of roadway, we set up suitable plates for the image of the shopping street.
・	The current manhole lid is used as it is.
(2)	Electric installation and appurtenant equipment work
・	Street light Foundation of existing street light is reused Three kinds of light (single bulb, double bulb, triple bulb electric street light) are arranged in order. Downward lighting gives priority to the efficiency of the illuminant.

・	Arch Use existing foundation. Install a characterized art object as a symbol for the Shopping District.
・	Decorated gate (Signed gate) Continuousness of the street is produced, and character's signboards are arranged to improve identity of an each block. Electrical outlets for a special event are installed at the same time.
・	Bulletin Board and Etc. We install a bulletin board to introduce local facilities, shopping district's information, event guide, and other information.
(3)	Other construction
・	Movable barricade The barricade is set up so that the car should not come in. This barricade create an atmosphere of the Bremenstr.'s image.

■	Install an effective light with a solar panel on the front gate of the station square ?
■	Bring electrical scoreboard, solar collector, and wind power generation into in front of the community center.
■	How about Installing "Solar roadside clock" or "Solar street light"? ↓ The reason why we aren't install "Solar roadside clock" and "Solar ｓｔｒｅｅｔ light" is, it's too expensive than the light that we are planning to install. And it's initial investment cost　using LED make little differences from using normal light system. So we decided not to use those.
■	Is it able to reuse current arch in front of the station and street light not only the basic but recycled pillar and etc.? ↓ Because of the pillar's rust damage, even if we recycled and use it, it's initial investment cost and the maintenance cost were inferior to new establishment. Therefore, only the base was recycled.
