Under these circumstances, the mall enterprise undertaken by 1989, passed for about 15 years, breakage of a street was found. With the cause of breakage of street, some troubles appeared in passing of a pedestrian and a bicycle. So we determined and inquired to renovate the street, based on financial support by the country, the prefecture, and the city.

In October, 2003, partners and a design administrator started our "Committee of the Examination for the Motosumi Bremenstr. Shopping District's renovation" over three years works with the questionnaire to a customer and shops. In order to tell the contents of examination to the neighborhoods including partners, the bulletin "Motosumi Bremenstr. Shopping District's renovation news" was issued. Furthermore, the explanation meeting was also held to the measure for obtaining an understanding to cooperation.
